Before you do that, though, get the exact manufacture, model number, and version of your mother board and go to that manufacturer's website and download and burn to CD or DVD the latest drivers for that mother board with instructions on how to install from CD. Then when you get access to the Internet go to MS and have their software determine what updates you need. I want my internet to work but when i go to my hardware files. Ethernet Controller and Bus Controller and 2 other software have a question mark next to them. It says that there is errors installing it. Yes, i uninstalled it and installed it back but it wont work. i still cant go on the internet. btw, i bought the computer in different parts. Like i have HP Procesor and BenQ Monitor. Does this change anything?
